Hi. I’m wondering how I can get a call back or someone to drop in for a quote in Borden. I have rung and left messages several times with the secretary and was assured I would get a call back! Today is Wednesday 1st November at 4pm and I have just seen one of your vehicles driving past the Borden shop. Do you pick and choose who you will have as customers? Do I need to know a family of yours to get service? I’m just wondering how this works. The Western Power guys in Jerry have suggested I ring you several times and can’t understand why I have not got a call back. My power is to be permanently disconnected on the 14th of November and I have been trying to get hold of you since the first Western Power notice in July 2020. PLEASE let me know how I too can be considered to be a paying customer. Thank you
