Had HVAC serviced by Prolec. Also was going to get thermostat upgraded. Prolec damaged the connectors on the thermostat I had provided while doing the quote, so was disappointing experience when I later found out. But would recommend for HVAC cleaning and they were friendly. Thank you.
We called Prolec when our main split system air conditioner stopped working in 37 degree heat. They were able to come out promptly to rectify the issue. The team members who came out were polite, friendly and went above and beyond to find and fix the problem. Would highly recommend, and will call on them for any future needs.
