Friendly and able to help on the day.I couldn't give Adrian a 5 though as I had to ask him to put the cover for the powerbox back on and have just discovered he didn't turn my hot water back on,so now I have to climb up and shift my dryer to reach my hot water system.As I currently have a knee injury and am nearly 70,it would have been helpful if Adrian thought to check this. Attention to detail is important and finishing the job properly leaves the best,most professional impression
