I manage a warehouse in Tullamarine. Tenant reported warehouse lights not working one morning. I tried to contact and left messages for many who advertise things such as immediate service, one of them even saying will receive a call back in 3 minutes, with no call back at all. Luckily I stumbled across Johnstone Electrics. They answered the detailed mobile number (nice to speak to a person, not a voicemail) and had someone who attended and fixed within 2 hours. Would recommend and will use again! Old school professional service that does not leave you hanging like many others, who never even get back to you.
Michael and his team are very professional, effective and cost cautious. We recently moved site with all machines detached and reconnected, johnstone played a critical part on carrying out the project with minimum down time. We highly recommend Johnstone to all commercial and household customers.
Excellent service! Neat work and very professional. Had the guys install a couple of external power points and earth wire the pool beam and fence. Michael was extremely helpful during the initial quote and went above and beyond providing recommendations. Will 100% recommend and call on again.
