They turn up when they say they will. In fact, if something pops up and they can fit you in earlier, they call you and they’re there when they say they’ll be. Then, when they get there… they’re on it and they get it done. Then… they clean up after themselves! Their rates are incredibly competitive, their service is aplomb. I had them fix a bunch of stuff some lacklustre predecessors had done and they got it right the first time and exceeded my expectations. They even lent my builder a van when his broke down. Don’t get me wrong they’re not bleeding hearts- they’re just great people. Would only work with them on future jobs. Outstanding AAAA+++

Overall, Chugg Electricals is equipped with an intention to get it right for customers and, on the day, James oversees work to monitor the progress. He is the veritable "Pimpernel" here, there,and everywhere to make sure the job is completed to customer satisfaction. I am totally impressed with his ethical application to create "Work, Well Done"! Without doubt, the essential customer contact is with the office manager "Nessie" the secretary "Extraordinairre" not just a voice on the phone but one with an understanding of how to help if a delay occurs on ordered equipment for installation. Vanessa sets out to fix a problem if it arises. What i liked is the evident teamwork that exists, paramount in keeping the business focussed on not only customer satisfaction but, employee satisfaction too! Great teamwork from a local business.
