  • Similar to other reviews, my experience with Rawsons involved poor communication. I emailed a quote request Monday afternoon after a phone call with their friendly admin, who specifically advised me to mark it "Attention: Michael" and gave the impression I'd get a prompt reply. Three days later, I've received no response at all - not even an acknowledgment. I've since gone with another contractor due to their good online reputation, quick communication and complimentary on-site inspection, already completed. While Rawsons might be great electricians, their communication definitely needs improvement!

  • I'm rating on customer service only. Did not receive a response so send second request. This time successful basically telling me that they had responded (nope checked emails and junk mail again) and that I could contact another company closer to me. The tone of the email was not professional and left me with a sour taste and therefore I'll take my custom elsewhere, now and in the future.

  • Like the previous review this is for customer service only as services not used. Was very impressed when the manager offered to come by and quote before work. Said the quote would be emailed that day or the next business day. Waited 4 business days for the quote. Needed to find out information about the ceilings in the property I just moved in to and when I emailed this information the response I got was condescending as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Still went ahead and scheduled the job. Job day, no one turns up. Call the office close to midday thinking the electrician was delayed. Nope, turns out he had called in sick and there was no one else to do the job. Didn’t let me know so a wasted day off work. Did not get an apology, just excuses. Will not be rescheduling or ever use Rawsons in the future.
