I was looking for a reliable electrician after my old one retired. So glad I found Ben and his team! They did a great job on my hot water system. The service is superb and I highly recommend these guys. Ben even went above and beyond when I called back a couple weeks later and promptly came out to take a look at a potential issue. I had an excellent experience with UAE. Despite having an emergency call out earlier on the day of my booked quote, Ben called in after hours to assess the work I was considering. He clearly explained the work involved, and provided a written quote before leaving. After accepting the quote, and the work was completed within a week. Ben kept me informed of his progress while completing the work, explaining and showing the reasons items required replacement. While waiting for an item to be couriered so that all work could be completed in one day, Ben took the initiative to clearly label the power board, and completed an extra job that had not been previously quoted. The entire experience, from getting a quote to the prompt and professional completion of the work, was efficient and showed a commitment to customer service.

Excellent communication, got a quote from Ben only a few hours after calling and was kept updated every step of the way. That was very much appreciated after a couple weeks of poor communication with other electrical businesses. The sparkies that came to do the job very polite, explained everything clearly and did a very thorough job. You could tell they really cared about the work they do. They completed the work safely and went above and beyond to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend AUE!
