Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Unresolved Issues Hi Hembrows Manger Director, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the security camera wiring service that I paid for, amounting to approximately $1200. When I initially hired your company, I was assured that the work would be conducted professionally. However, the results were far from what was promised. The installation is substandard and appears to be poorly executed, which is extremely disappointing. I have reached out multiple times via email to request that the issues be addressed, but despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. The continued lack of communication and failure to rectify the situation is frustrating, and I find it unacceptable that my concerns have been ignored. I request that this matter be resolved promptly. If the issues are not addressed within a reasonable time frame, I will be forced to consider further actions. I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly and professionally.
Hembrows Electrical did awesome job with the electrical reticulation on my subdivision project. The quoted cost was very reasonable, and they even reimbursed me for unused materials at the end of the job. Highly recommend this business. Thank you!
