I needed help with my washing machine and was told that a technician could come out tomorrow afternoon, however soon after received a call that Sam could come this morning as he was ahead of schedule! Sam did a fantastic job, and was very clear and honest with his recommendations! I'm very impressed with Sam and his colleagues that helped me over the phone too, everyone was very kind and helpful. They live up to their name at being prompt too! I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely be reaching out again for any appliance repair needs! Thanks again Sam!
Very impressed with assistance from Linda who answered my call and was able to send out a service technician the very next day when other companies had a few weeks wait. She also let me know about claiming a service rebate if we decided not to repair and instead purchase a new appliance. Excellent service from the service tech Sam when he came out the next day and was very helpful with advice about the dishwasher. Then also great service from Lauren at their office when i needed an invoice re-sent. So overall, I'd definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

I wanted to buy a couple of LED downlights and I found this company excellent to deal with. The website was easy to use, had complete details of the lights I was interested in, and the checkout was properly setup and allowed use of PayPal. The price of the lights was VERY competitive and, to top it off, I placed the order on New Years Day and the lights were delivered three days later! Fantastic service.
