We purchased a chest freezer and was very happy with the salesman‘s service. The showroom has a great range of products to view however, the chest freezer that we were looking for was not in stock. For the size of showroom this is the only downside. The salesman recommended a different brand which turned out to be a slightly larger size for a cheaper price which suited our budget perfectly. Will definitely go back. Thank you
Visited Betta Underwood this morning to look at at kitchen appliances. We were looked after by a lovely young man named Levi. Despite knowing from the start that we would be buying from our local Betta store, he still took the time to help us out. His customer service was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, soft spoken, patient and took the initiative to ensure we got all the information we wanted. It made the entire experience not only productive but also enjoyable!
