The interior unit is incredibly powerful—it cools our 85sqm living room effortlessly, with airflow reaching up to 15 meters, which exceeded my expectations. A team of electricians installed a TV and a chandelier, ensuring all wiring was neatly hidden and installed with a separate switch for the lighting. Their skills were exceptional, and both installations were beautifully done. I appreciate their hard work and the valuable advice on choosing a good TV bracket. The electrician demonstrated excellent telephone manners, communicated clearly, and provided a fast and efficient booking experience. Matt and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They completed internal and external electrical work to our home a couple of months ago. The work included installation of chandeliers, pendant lights, bathroom vanity wall lights, ceiling mounted lights, downlights, additional power points with usb c, hard wiring of heat pump equipment for our pool, conduit to protect pool light cables, external power points, flood lights with sensors around the house. Matt is transparent, his pricing is reasonable, no hidden costs. Matt explained to me the job very clear and always checked with me before he would do the job. Everytime he and his team finished part of the job he would show me and explain what was done. Matt and the team were always on time, they came when they said they would, they were clean, cleaned up after they finished the job. They are very nice, friendly people and respectful of your property. They always asked if they needed anything. They were very polite and patient with me. Especially when we were trying to work out the height of the crystal rock chandelier and Matt is a genius, thanks to him he helped his team install the crystal rock chandelier to have the spiral effect and this was done without instructions. Overall we are very happy with the job and would highly recommend this company. The office staff are very friendly as well and the communication is very good and they are prompt in getting back to you. Matt and his team also installed our solar panels a couple of years ago this is why I kept his number and engaged him again to do more work. He is my trusted electrician now.
