MRC Electrics (FERNTREE GULLY)

I found MRC Electrics via a Google search, as I needed an electrician for some electrical updates to our new Rowville home. They were able to clearly advise rates for the regular type of electrical work we wanted done (changing lights, updating sockets etc). MRC Electrics are thoughtful in the way they work - from ensuring power supply isn't interrupted (by using a generator) while onsite, to advising on better solutions (done at the same cost) for work we had specified, to highlighting areas of the home which can be bettered with electrical concepts - which we hadn't known were possible or assumed were cost prohibitive. And when given the go-ahead, quickly getting the extra work done. They are punctual, thorough and fast - ensuring the job was finished as we wanted. They have good attention to detail, this was especially noted when hanging many design-focused pendant and wall lights. They are local - which was handy when we had a missing part needed to hang a light, as they could easily come back when I had sourced it. Their pricing is transparent, straightforward and fair. There were situations in the course of their work where they could have fairly chosen to apply extra charges, but they were generous to not and conduct a very honest and trustworthy business. I'm glad to have found a reliable, good local electrician.

Matt and his team did a great Job of replacing some broken outdoor lights on my house as well as some other smaller electrical jobs around my home. The dimmer switch for our kitchen LEDs had jammed. Matt answered the phone when I rang, gave me a quote and a same day ETA. He arrived on time and replaced the switch. Thanks Matt. I know why you are one of Rowville’s most recommended electricians!
