Luca was great. He attended my property quickly and was friendly and personable. I had a faulty oven - the oven repair company had said that it was the electricity, but Luca proved it wasn't. He explained the tests he did and how he knows the oven was the fault, and went above and beyond to call the over repair company and request a refund on my behalf.
