You know how tradies have that rep for not caring because they figure they're so in demand they treat you like an imposition? You know, the ones who don't turn up to the job, or the ones who do, but greet you like you owe them and snarl all the way through the job? (Yes, I've had both types). Well, look no further, because awesome sparkies do exist! Dan and Ash do the following: let you know when they will be there and if running late let you know by how much, then let you know as a further courteousy how far away they are. Then when they arrive, they are smiles and good manners and efficacious, none of this grunting and moaning about the work when they possibly earn far more than you do! They are great at letting you know what's going on, and answering questions. I felt very comfortable having them there and to take a moment to catch up on some reading while they did a variety of tasks for us. Dan and Ash are the Batman and Robin of the tradie world, and live by Batman's saying, "The true crimefighter always carries everything he needs in his utility belt", (substitute electrician for crimefighter) by having everything at the ready, and also in the sparkmobile. Fantastic service and made it so pleasant, you restored my faith in tradies. Kudos to you, guys.

Highly recommended! Initially Dan was able to fit me in quickly for a small residential emergency job. This then prompted me to get the remaining optional upgrades that had been on the to-do list for quite some time. Ash and Dan were fantastic!! Super friendly, professional, prompt and explained the issues and steps to resolve to get the desired outcome, in terms I could easily understand. I was happy with the prices and the overall service provided. As I said at the time, I hope to not see you again soon, but if something happens or comes up electrical wise, at least I now I have a reliable and trusted business I can contact. Great stuff all around and thanks again!
