Nick was professional and efficient from the minute I contacted him. His communication is excellent and he identified an issue with the installation (poor work by previous installer) and was able to offer a solution, which was not his problem to fix. He arrived when he said he would and carried out the repairs and servicing promptly and without any issues. Highly recommend.
