The electricians were nice and did an ok job, they missed a couple things but its ok. this aside, I found the office lady was unprofessional.
Warren and Angus were prompt, personable, and professional, and should be cloned! Did a perfect installation and swap job for me ( I wanted the light where the fan was, and vice versa) and left everything spotless . Really appreciated dealing with a company where everyone, from my initial contact with Deanna to the guys, does their job so well! Thank you Platinum People!
My experience with Platinum Electrical and Air from start to finish was exceptional. Very courteous on the phone and took the time to understand exactly what was required. The servicemen were on time, polite, professional and very efficient. They tidied up after themselves and took any rubbish with them. Provided a good explanation of what they did. I recommend them highly and will definitely be using their services for any furute electrical needs.
