Pretty average experience dealing with FVS. Booked a service and clean for our business aircons, not sure if the job was booked in wrong by mistake or if they did not pay attention when I called to book it in, I gave the company name, address, and contact details. Did not hear anything from the admin or technician on the day the service was supposed to happen, when I called the next day to follow up I was told they could not access the property, but they spoke to a completely diffenrent company about a completely different job. This job was apparently completed three day later, still without any notice from the admin od technician. When I called, they had no record of booking the job, after booking, confirming and following up with the same person. This is the second time I've had a mediocre experience with FVS so it's safe to say that I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
Stay away from this company.Big zero for honesty. This is an email that I have sent them and it speaks for itself after they tried to charge me. "Hi there. I spoke to your office a couple of weeks ago, advising them that I didn't believe that the unit was correctly diagnosed, quoting: "Work performed: attend site - inspect air conditioner in lounge room - found condenser fan motor not starting - found faulty compressor - outdoor PCB board - recommend replacing unit with a new 9 kw air conditioner - quote to follow." "The office then told me that there was an experienced mechanic on site but they would talk to him and get back to me. I never heard from the office again." " Meanwhile have sent another company to inspect the unit which confirmed that your diagnostics were wrong (compressor is ok and there is no reason to replace the whole unit)." " I can only conclude that the experienced mechanic wasn't that experienced or wasn't telling the truth.In any of the two cases, this is a very disappointing outcome for anyone who considers themselves a business." "So unless you can come up with a valid explanation, I don't have any intention to pay for the wrong diagnostics that potentially could have cost me more than it was supposed to cost." "And the next time you tell a customer you will call them back, call them back." This is the email I got back: "Good Morning A credit has been applied to this invoice for works completed Sorry for your inconvenience". Not even a phone call for explanation. Like I said, stay away
Do not recommend!! Don’t show up to scheduled appointments, never answer their phone or the reception lady just doesn’t care. Have been trying to get our aircon fixed for 2 weeks now and they just can’t be bothered to get back to you. Absolute joke
