Dawson Electric care about providing good service. They were responsive and helpful with an issue I had. The receptionist listened to my concerns and the electricians that came to do the repairs and checks made sure I had a positive experience. They really value their customers and do a great job. Would recommend.
The team were incredibly responsive, friendly and professional from initial call to conclusion of the aircon installation. The website form was very straightforward and the follow up call was quick and convenient. Sam turned up on the day at the exact time he said and he and his team member installed the aircon with precision and efficiency even with my toddler constantly waving and trying to babble at them. I couldn’t recommend Dawson highly enough and I will certainly be calling them first for any future jobs.
