I wish my enquiry call to Steve at Darwin Auto Electrics, had been recorded. It would have be great to use for customer service training of how NOT to handle a call. This guy is rude, condescending and has an obnoxious attitude. It's a wonder how he gets any business.
We are travelling in a caravan and had a big problem because our battery management system was not working correctly, consequently we had no power. Steve managed to fit us in at short notice and fixed our issues, so we are now happily back travelling and very grateful for the terrific service. We were stunned to realise that when Steve offered to take our call at 4.30am he was serious!! Couldn’t fault the service we received and thoroughly recommend this company.
I’ve been using these guys for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Darwin. In fact, I often hold off getting a job done down south so I can give them the job. They’re thorough, professional problem-solvers and in my experience as good as auto electricians get.
