I called at 2:45pm. No one was available to talk except for the receptionist who hung up on my a) without asking me if I HAD any other questions and b) whilst I was starting to ASK was there anyone ELSE available to speak to. Not a good for my first contact with the company.
My first 5 star review goes to Scott Electrical. The electrician who came here did a fantastic job. Everything was very professional and provided real good recommendations with reasons. The price was fair and very competitive. When they say free quote, they actually mean it if you don't go ahead with the job; unlike many others who still charge you a fee. Cleaned up well afterwards. Would recommend them for any electrician jobs to be done. They had good communication and organisation. The whole process is so smooth and easy with them.
