John was able to help us out very promptly following storm damage that affected our mains power supply. Reasonable cost. Good communication.
9 months ago I left a glowing report when John upgraded and installed a new switchboard at my home. Unfortunately I was not aware until recently that the installation was not as it should be. Due to loosing power to frig, freezer, and all of the kitchen plus pool and solar heating, I had to call another electrican for emergency after hour repair as John was uncontactable. I have a report supplied by this electrician advising the original asbestos board was left ( I was not made aware it should be replaced and the invoice for the work referred to a new switchboard), plus an unsecured safety switch and more than half the terminals were left loose. I reached out to John, and supplied the report and confirming photos but he has chosen to ignore me. Not a professional approach.
John and Jess were great to deal with for the downlight install throughout our home and the mainboard upgrade. John was punctual, professional and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend North Grid Electrical for any electrical works and would happily use them again.
