Had some issues with our power and found out the consumer mains were faulty. Brian came out, explained everything in simple terms, and got it all sorted quickly and safely. Super easy to deal with and really knew his stuff. We felt in good hands the whole time.
Brian was punctual and friendly,. He was recommended through my usual electrician who wasn't level 2 certified. Brian communicated well, explaining everything prior to starting the job and followed up with a briefing after the job was completed. I would definitely use Brian again for future work.
