Terrible experience dealing with Mega Power. They billed both us and our managing agency (without our permission) for their fees. We have asked several times for a refund but cannot get a response from them. Today the receptionist confirmed she cannot access the bank accounts to check for payments. They also charged us $150 for a small gas connection hose which was priced at $50 from a competitor. Supposedly their hoses are 'premium quality'. I do not recommend this company at all. The admin team sound offshore and are poorly trained.
Ricky and his team were fantastic! Extremely professional and highly skilled. They completed the installation of my new electrical oven in an efficient and timely manner, and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done and done well!
