Big shout out to McGrath Electrical and Data’s Logan! What an assert this very professional and polite young man is. He was quick to answer the afterhours call last Friday and assured me he would be here within 10 minutes and he was. Nothing was a problem for him and he was able to reassure us of next steps etc. we can’t thank Logan enough for going above and beyond what was expected. Today I called the office of McGrath Electrical and was pleasantly surprised to receive the best customer service you could ask for from Louise! There is obviously a customer focused culture within this local business. I’m not one to write reviews but felt that it was warranted given the amazing customer service provided by Logan and Louise. Well done to all 👏🏼👏🏼
McGrath Electrical, are more than a 5 star business. Their workers are professional, respectful and kind. Especially when dealing with older clients. They clean up after they complete a job and their work is immaculate. The both times McGraths have done work for me they concluded their work they pack up quietly and leave with a cheery word. They are a top group.
The boys from McGrath Electrical and Data Grafton are punctual, arriving right on time, and took the time to explain the situation and what needed to be done. I really appreciated how genuine and honest they were throughout the whole process. They made sure everything was done properly, and once the work was completed, they cleaned up and left the space looking spotless. It’s not often you come across a company that’s this reliable and considerate. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services!
