Matt came out promptly for a quote and even said he could start the job within a few days. But then he "disappeared" with no replies to our texts or calls. Just a bad business practise to leave customers hanging like this. Especially as he had said he would do the job, just needed to get some prices. Nice guy but clearly not reliable. Hence only one star.
