John R Turk Electrical Penrith (PENRITH)

I needed to replace a power supply originally supplied by Telstra, who would not provide a replacement. I was told J R Turk could provide a similar product as the original is not made anymore. I emailed a picture of the original and Andrew the manager replied quickly and advised they could help. When I picked it up he was so helpful and the product works perfectly.

Poor customer service. I realise things are different during the pandemic but I was after some socially distant assistance with bulbs I had previously bought from this store and I couldn't locate on line to order. I was told, that the store was only open for click and collect and actually referred to Bunnings to get the product. Very unhelpful.

I got charged 194.70 for 100 meters of 4mm earth how the hell is that right? It's $120 anywhere else and the bloke was the Most friendliest person you've ever
