Luke was amazing. Our hot water system wasn’t working and our plumber thought it was the element so gave me Luke’s details. Luke was able to come out straight away and quickly worked out that it was the element. However the system was over 23 years old and rusting quite badly so he knew that the fix wouldn’t last long as the system would break within the next 6 months. He advised me that he wouldn’t feel good charging me to replace the parts and then the system goes in 6 months anyway. I really appreciated his honesty. He didn’t even charge me a call out fee. Would highly recommend.
Luke from Electrical Worx was a breath of fresh air - he assisted me with supplying/installing an aircon unit and all works associated with a full apt renovation - turns up, gets the job done and ensures customer is happy. He listens and offers advice/solutions. Very happy with works undertaken. Highly recommend.
