Danns Electrical (PENRITH)

Dan called into my place to do some electrical work. He was punctual and carried through the service with a smile. When he arrived at my place we found out that we needed further parts to finish the job. I had suggested that he came back once I had the parts available. To my surprise he knocked on my door half an hour later with the parts, with 1/2 hour travel to buy them. Not only that, he also didn’t charge me for the parts as a good gesture. If that’s not an outstanding service then what is? The job was finished with a professional touch and the cost was very reasonable. This definitely exceeded my expectations and no doubt I asked him over again. With such a friendly, cost effective and caring service which I appreciated, how can I not highly recommend Danns Electrical. I hope you get to share my experience. Thank you Dan.

On what started off as Dan's service call on behalf of Harvey Normal Lighting, became a game changer. Dan discovered that the previous electrician had taken so many short-cuts, my safety was at risk. Out of genuine concern for consumer safety and the reputation of his profession, Dan spent hours educating me about the names of electrical components, regulations, and procedural standards, and provided measured encouragement when I decided to make a complaint. All this was done without pressure and with no expectation of return. Through dogged persistence and mediation on my part, rectification money was extracted from the dodgy electrician so that Dan and Andy could rewire four fans and ceiling lighting, with the bonus inclusion of replacement lighting. Today, Dan and Andy not only rectified the shoddy work, they installed gallery lighting. Tonight, the new lights are making my fine-art mosaics sparkle and bringing me a great deal of joy. Thanks so much Dan and Andy to help me get the best possible outcome to overcome what was trade-based exploitation.
