Doug and his team have carried out many electrical projects around our home and have been amazing every time. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, tidy, and always clear communication. Doug goes above and beyond and we trust him completely whenever we need any electrical work completed in our home. Being new to the area (Northern Beaches) we really didn't know where to start, after purchasing our first family home and needing to undertake a significant amount of electrical work. Doug came recommended from the carpenter working on our house and we could not have been more happy with the quality of work, service, punctuality and honesty. There was and still is a significant amount of work we will need to undertake and the way Doug approached the job, encouraged us to stage work done instead of all at the same time was admirable. He genuinely had our best intentions at heart. Encouraged us to undertake the most urgent work first to ensure our family was living safely in our new home. From here we worked on a plan to upgrade everything else needed, once we had the funds to allocate. Doug is a great operator, always willing to swing by before or after a big job if feasible and even answer an annoying text if we have any quick questions. 10/10 would recommend By The Sea Electrical
