Had the worst experience with Matthew, who was replacing our switchbox. He was constantly late and it took him weeks to finally finish work. Ausgrid inspector said that his work was hazardous and it needs to be redone. We asked for a report from another company, which came with 23 items done wrong. Matt agreed to do a refund, only to disappear once again and start threatening us through his friends. Avoid this company as a plague.
