When I needed electrical supplies before Christmas, I had no idea I was about to experience the most incredible customer service of my life. Nathan didn't just sell me products - he went above and beyond in a way that completely transformed my expectations. Other suppliers made this feel like a complicated, time-consuming process. Probably ok for tradies, not so much for the general public. Went in there looking for garden lighting cable and associated kit. The bloke at the counter, whilst informing me they didn’t stock that sort of stuff, gave off a pretty unhelpful vibe. He referred me to Bunnings, where I’d already been.

Prob really good if you are buying alot of stuff but if you are after a small item worth only a few dollars they will palm you off to the lighting shop up the road claiming they don't sell it when it's a standard Clipsal product
