Mobin, Mohammad, and Jayden from Orlando Powered did an excellent job installing six split-type air conditioning units. On their first day, I was unsure if they’d be able to complete the job due to some missing supplies and measurement issues. However, after speaking with Peter, the owner, he assured me the team would return Monday afternoon to finish the installation. True to his word, the team came back and completed all the work on the second day. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. The quality of their installation was impressive, and it’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing. I highly recommend this hardworking trio. Great job, boys!
Over the course of nine months we attempted to get Orlando to correct the faulty installation of our split system, which they originally installed in Oct 2023. We engaged two independent a/c technicians to confirm the problem, and both confirmed the initial installation by Orlando was faulty, and should be covered by warranty to fix. After taking many steps over months to communicate with Orlando, they refused to fulfil their warranty obligations. Proceed with caution.
