Nothing is too much trouble for Chris and his team, they are the only electricians I have used since I bought my house 13 years ago. This time Joe came and fixed my light in a really short turnaround, lovely chap, very friendly and offered helpful advice re the rest of the lights. He even got the dustpan and broom out to clean up a miniscule amount of plaster dust, even though I have a vaccum cleaner! Happily recommend Electrical Edge to anyone looking for an electrician.
No matter who is sent from the Edge Electrical team it is always a refreshing experience. We commented that they must train the whole team around customer service because they get the little things right. Ryan was polite, answered all our questions and communicated. Fantastic experience again.
Caleb and Joe arrive on time and conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner throughout the installation of four ceiling fans. Despite the challenges of our modern house, with a flat-roof and no crawl space, they got on with the job and process went on without a hitch. We'll be using Electrical Edge again to install our split-systems next. Highly recommended!
