I had them replace a few light switches and install a new fuse box. I end up with many defects and unfinished outstanding work. The work was carried out by apprentices or very low-grade electricians at best, they created more problems tan they solved, which caused many cancelations by builders and painters to fix the problem, but Tapp Electrical has charged a top-quality professional rate. The work carried out by Tapp Electrical on my property seems more like the work of a bunch of cowboy apprentices rather than fully qualified electricians.

I asked them to give me a quote for installing a pendant light. The electrician said to me upon inspection that he is going above the roof, move the tile and then bring the wiring to the new light spot and they gave me a quote based on that. I called them again and asked them to update the quote for a case where the electrician crawls into the roof space rather than moving the tile and cutting the roof Sarking. Once the phone receptionist I think named Angela said oh ok, I realised I am not gonna get the quote as they are after easy money. Still waiting for the quote. The 4.7 star reviews are fake.
