Recommend Star Sparky, great service, made a couple of changes to the order which they happily accommodated. Good value product and install kit which I did not find elsewhere (and seemed to be of great quality). Sparky was happy because it saved them time with the wiring. All installed and working fine.

I completed my kitchen renovation recently and the renovation project required extensive electrical works. I was referred to Star Sparky for electrical jobs by cabinet maker who has worked numerous times with Star Sparky for their projects in the past and built trust in their quality of work. From the beginning of the interaction with admin team, Elise and Cathy, they were very thorough, to the point, and kind and through out the process, they were just fantastic :) The lead electrician, Song, who took on my kitchen reno project was very professional, punctual, experienced, taking time to explain and has a lovely smile :) Song had 3 other associate electricians, Daniel and 2 other electricians who I unfortunately did not have a chance to know their names were also very professional, skilful and lovely to work with. Admin team and onsite electrician team, both of them are just wonderful. I would like to give 5 stars for Star Sparky and happy to refer all of my friends and families for electrical jobs! Most importantly, I would love to work with them again! Returning customer right here! :) Thank you Elise, Cathy, Song, Daniel and 2 other wonderful electricians who came over to assist!

I have recently had two Mitsubishi air con units purchased and installed by Star Sparky Direct. Overall a very satisfying experience. The process was smooth. Contacted them this Monday, by Friday two units were installed, up and running. Client service agent Cassie (sorry if I have spelled your name incorrectly!) has been very patient with me, answered every of my questions, helped me drafting up installation plans. Brian and Keiran turned up bright and early in the morning. Extremely friendly and pleasant. Got into their job straight away, confirmed plans with me with useful advice. 2 air cons and 2 PowerPoints were installed within 3 to 4 hours. They then cleaned up the sites, made sure everything is working. When I had issue of turning my solar inverter back on, I called Cassie for help. Then within 15 mins Keiran drove back and sorted it out for me. Could not say enough thanks! Merry Christmas to you all, and Happy New Year!

As a tenant, this company was contracted to perform a service on our ducted air conditioning system, comments were made that the system was underpowered, however this information was not passed on to the real estate, an entire family room had no air-flow and was not mentioned to the real estate, essentially they did nothing and told the real estate that it was completed and working well, leaving us to deal with the real estate. Based on our interactions with the company, it seems like from this and the other comments, this company seems to be a scam.

Poor customer service. We had a service man come out and advise the unit was woefully undersized and neglected to pass this on the the real estate on our behalf. Also one room not working and he also didn't tell them that. When I rang to question them about it - I was hung up in and they refused to answer any further calls.

Highly recommended for any electrical needs. We have used Star electrical for a couple of times already to install an air-conditioning and to do a major makeover of the whole house. They always delivered with speed, affordability and quality, no matters of how big, or small the job. The sparkies, Zenos and Siru were extremely helpful and friendly. Wendy and Sean
