Thousands of km from home, not knowing who to get help from for electrical issues in our caravan! DJ Electrics were able to take us on and they have fixed what was a complex issue quickly and reasonably-priced. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I’ve attempted to use Daniel’s services three times over the past three years, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. The first time, he came out to install some spotlights. After he left, my truck displayed a persistent fault code. I tried to book him in to return and resolve it, but he didn’t show up and never followed up. The second time, I arranged for him to install a component on one of our work vehicles. We agreed on a specific date and time, and I kept the vehicle off the road for the day—again, he failed to show up without any notice. The third and most recent time was just last Monday. I contacted him to connect a trailer plug to my vehicle’s lights. Once again, I had a vehicle off the road all day, and once again, he was a no-show. I reached out multiple times throughout the day for an ETA but received no response or return call. Given the repeated lack of reliability and communication, I can’t recommend his services based on my experience.
The boys were great. Appointment booked straight away. Job done quick and easy. Cannot fault the customer service and price. Thanks again Daniel
